1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data Bali Family Travels ("we", "us") collects when you use balifamilytravels.com or book a service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Data you give us
When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone / WhatsApp number
- Pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, and flight number
- Number of passengers and the ages of travelling children (needed to prepare the right car seats)
- Anything you write to us in booking notes, the contact form, or reviews
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number. We keep only the booking amount, currency, and payment status.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and PostHog to understand how the site is used — pages visited, searches made, and where bookings are abandoned — so we can improve the service. These tools set cookies and collect device and usage information. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
5. Who we share data with
- Your driver — name, pickup details, flight number, passenger count, and child seat requirements, so they can carry out the transfer
- Stripe — to process your payment
- Gear rental providers — delivery details, if you request baby gear
- Authorities, where Indonesian law requires it
6. How long we keep data
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for customer support, refunds, and our legal and accounting obligations. Reviews you submit are published with your name, country, and trip date until you ask us to remove them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless we must keep it for legal reasons). Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
