Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans change — especially with young children. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and flexible.

Flight delay? Don't worry. We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra charge. You never need to cancel due to a flight delay.

All cancellation requests can be submitted via email to [email protected] or through your booking confirmation link.

Refund Policy

We use Stripe for all payments. Your card is authorized at the time of booking but only charged after the driver confirms the pickup. This means you're never charged for a service you didn't receive.

How refunds work

  • 1Eligible cancellations are processed automatically. The refund amount depends on the cancellation timing (see table above).
  • 2Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • 3Service issues? If you experience a problem during your transfer (late driver, missing car seat, vehicle issue), contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate and issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.

What's not refundable

  • Completed transfers where the service was delivered as described
  • No-shows without prior communication
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup (rescheduling is available instead)

Currency note: All prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your card uses a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee — this is outside our control and non-refundable.

Certified Car Seats

ISOFIX-compatible infant capsules, toddler seats with 5-point harness, and high-back boosters — all purchased new and retired per manufacturer guidelines.

Professional Installation

Every seat is installed by a trained driver and verified against our safety checklist before you get in. Less than 2.5 cm movement tolerance.

Vetted Drivers

All drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained in child safety seat installation. English-speaking and experienced with family travel.

Vehicle Standards

Clean, air-conditioned vehicles inspected regularly. Non-smoking, with working seatbelts in all passenger seats and proper ISOFIX anchor points.

Our promise

If any element of our Safety Guarantee is not met during your transfer — a missing car seat, improper installation, a vehicle that doesn't meet our standards — we will either:

  • Send an immediate replacement vehicle that meets all safety requirements, or
  • Issue a full refund — no paperwork, no waiting.
