About Bali Family Travels
Bali Family Travels is a Bali-based family transport service specialising in airport transfers and private drivers with professionally installed, safety-certified child car seats. Founded in 2024 by Made Tresn, a Swedish parent living in Bali, the service was built to solve a specific gap: the near-complete absence of proper child restraints in Bali's taxi and ride-hailing fleet.
Every vehicle carries ISOFIX-compatible car seats meeting European ECE R44/04 or i-Size (R129) standards — Maxi-Cosi infant capsules, Britax toddler seats, and high-back boosters covering children from birth to 12 years. Drivers are trained in professional installation, and all seats are sanitised and inspected between bookings.
The service covers all major Bali destinations from Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) including Seminyak, Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Kuta, as well as inter-hotel transfers and full-day private driver bookings.
