What decides the price of a Bali airport transfer?
Distance and drive time from Ngurah Rai Airport are the main factors: nearby areas like Kuta and Jimbaran cost the least, Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Dua sit in the middle, and Canggu, Ubud or Uluwatu cost more because the drive takes 45 minutes to two hours. With us the quoted price is fixed — it already includes the vehicle, an English-speaking driver, meet & greet in arrivals, flight monitoring, waiting time and every child seat you select. There is no surge pricing and no charge until your driver confirms.
Metered taxis and ride-hailing apps can look cheaper on screen, but they almost never carry a child seat, and airport-pickup surcharges plus high-season queues often close the gap. See our honest Grab vs private driver comparison or browse all routes and fixed prices.
Common questions
Are the child seats really free?
Yes. Infant capsules, toddler seats and boosters are included in the fixed transfer price. Select the seats you need and they are installed before your driver leaves for the airport.
When is my card charged?
Your card is authorised when you book but only charged once your driver confirms the trip. If we cannot confirm your booking, the authorisation is released and you pay nothing.
Is a return transfer cheaper?
Yes — booking your departure transfer together with the arrival saves 10% on the return leg, and your flight is monitored in both directions.
What does fast-track immigration include?
A VIP escort meets your family at the jet bridge, takes you past the immigration queue at Ngurah Rai, and brings you straight to your driver — the biggest time-saver when arriving with tired children during peak hours.
